Flashpoint Music is an independent music production house committed to the production of world class music & the development of new unsigned talent.
Under the helm of Harry Vanda, Flashpoint Music was formed to source talented hard working artists and writers who have the desire and ambition for international success. In the past 5 years the company has grown to encompass music production, a publishing and recording label, an online distribution service for unsigned bands, an on-line music store and massive studio complex. Based in Sydney, Flashpoint Studios are considered to be amongst the best recording and mixing facilities in Australia.
Flag ship act British India spearheaded the Flashpoint attack on the charts with their latest album 'Thieves'. The album was released just 12 months after their debut and found massive success on the Australian national charts, entering the ARIA Album Chart at #5. 2009 signing is electro-pop act and NA2R 2006 winners Celebrity Drug Disasters who are in the studio now recording their follow up to the critically acclaimed debut 'Art or Porn?'.
Up until now Flashpoint studios have been a very private workspace and engine room of the Flashpoint music production team and label acts. We are very pleased to announce the opening of Studio 2 to the public fpr commercial use. Serving as a budget priced tracking and mixing studio, it's a feature packed studio at a reasonable price. New addition to the Flashpoint team, in-house engineer Rob Taylor will be on call to engineer on request. Email Chris Jackson info@flashpointmusic.com for rates and and a quote.
